These agencies recruit, screen, and place medical assistants in temporary, permanent, or contract positions based on the needs of the facility. By working with an agency, healthcare providers can quickly fill staffing gaps, while medical assistants can access a variety of job opportunities that match their skills and preferences.

To succeed, it's important to maintain flexibility, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn on the job. Proactively asking questions and building rapport with new colleagues can help you integrate smoothly and deliver quality patient care.
