Exciting opportunity alert! Our dynamic and rapidly expanding custom cabinet and millwork company, Signature Woodworking, with over 26 years of excellence, is on the lookout for an exceptional individual to join our team as a cabinet installer. We specialize in crafting custom commercial cabinets for a variety of settings including office buildings, clinics, and restaurants. 
 
Position: Cabinet Installer.
Compensation: Based on Experience.
Job Type: Full-Time.
 
Position Overview: 
We seek a skilled and experienced Commercial Cabinet Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in commercial cabinetry installation, with additional expertise in custom countertops and decorative wall treatments. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently on-site, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality and professionalism.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install commercial cabinets, custom countertops, and other related fixtures in commercial spaces.
  • Execute complex installations, including wood trim designs and other custom wall effects, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to understand and execute on project requirements and timelines.
  • Measure, cut, and shape materials to meet specific installation needs, ensuring all pieces fit seamlessly and securely.
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to carry out installations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any installation challenges on-site, maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure the final product meets the company’s standards and client expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
 
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial cabinet installation.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions.
  • Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials, particularly in a commercial setting.
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools with precision and safety.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
