  • Maintain organized tracking documents, budgets, timelines, and campaign deliverables
  • Coordinate with media vendors and external partners as needed
  • Collaborate with internal account, creative, and strategy teams to support campaign execution and integrated communications initiatives
  • Help identify opportunities for audience targeting, optimization, and performance improvement
  • Support strategic planning and campaign recommendations across multiple client accounts
  • Stay informed on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and emerging media opportunities

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of hands-on paid media experience; agency experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications preferred
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with campaign analytics, reporting metrics, and spreadsheets
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics platforms such as Looker Studio/Data Studio is a plus
  • Curious, coachable, proactive, and eager to continue building paid media expertise
