Job Summary/Description:

CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: SOUTHWEST KANSAS RESIDENCY

KWCH/KSCW & Gray Digital Media is seeking a Sales Consultant/Media Executive to specifically serve the Southwest Kansas market. Candidates must currently reside in Southwest Kansas or be planning an immediate, self-funded relocation to the Southwest Kansas region. Applications from candidates residing outside of this specific geographic area who are not relocating to Southwest Kansas will not be considered.

Must be a self-starter who excels at building client relationships, prospecting, and closing new business. In this role, you'll connect local Southwest Kansas advertisers with cutting-edge television and digital marketing solutions.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Local Market Development: Develop relationships with new businesses by researching opportunities specifically within the Southwest Kansas market.
• Lead Management: Generate and follow through on leads from prospect to close while managing an active sales pipeline.
• Client Consultation: Meet with local business owners to understand their marketing needs and present tailored TV and digital advertising solutions.
• Account Management: Maintain strong ongoing relationships with clients to ensure campaign success and retention.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Location: Must currently live in, or be relocating to, Southwest Kansas (Essential).
• Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Word and Excel experience preferred.
• Presentation Skills: Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills are a plus.
• Drive: Self-starter with strong relationship-building, prospecting, and closing skills.
