Nelson Mullins, an AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator โ€“ Digital Media to support the Firm's digital visibility and content marketing initiatives. This role serves as a key member of the Marketing & Business Development Department, partnering closely with attorneys, marketing professionals, and cross-functional stakeholders to create, manage, and distribute engaging digital content that enhances the Firm's brand presence and promotes attorney thought leadership across internal and external channels.

In this role you will support the development and execution of social media, multimedia, and digital content strategies that align with the Firm's marketing and business development objectives. In this role, you will draft and publish social media content, create graphics and multimedia assets, manage editorial calendars and publishing platforms, and support digital campaigns that strengthen visibility and audience engagement. You will collaborate with attorneys and business professionals to identify content opportunities, capture and develop photography and video assets, analyze performance metrics, and recommend enhancements based on industry trends, platform best practices, and data-driven insights. Additionally, this role helps ensure all digital communications reflect the Firm's brand standards, strategic messaging priorities, and commitment to delivering high-quality content across all channels.

The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong writing and organizational skills who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced professional services environment. The successful candidate will possess experience supporting social media and digital marketing initiatives, strong attention to detail, and the ability to balance creativity with accuracy while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, communications, or a related field, preferably within a law firm, professional services, or B2B environment.
  • Strong writing, editing, organizational, and project management skills, with experience managing social media publishing platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience creating digital content and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools, along with experience interpreting analytics and reporting on performance metrics. 
  • Experience with photography, videography, video editing, employee advocacy platforms, SEO fundamentals, accessibility best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies is preferred.
