About The JobAre you passionate about e-commerce and have a knack for digital marketing? Our client, a dynamic force in online retail with multiple prestigious Amazon brands under its belt, is seeking a strategic-minded Amazon Review Collection Manager.
The RoleAt the forefront of this role, your responsibilities will be:
- Strategize and implement review collection initiatives across all of our Amazon product listings
- Plan and execute giveaways to incentivize customers to leave reviews
- Monitor and respond to direct messages from customers regarding their experience with our products
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding in all review collection efforts
- Track and report on star ratings across all products
