ScaleJet makes connecting top-tier eCommerce specialists and companies simpler than ever. Our comprehensive remote recruitment process enables us to search for the perfect fit, from an expansive job board all the way through our personal candidate selection services.
Were now on a mission to hire a Recruiter who will help stay ahead of industry trends so we can keep providing exceptional results every time!
It will be a perfect fit if:
- You have 1+ year experience in recruitment;
- You have experience of working remotely;
- You have excellent spoken and written communication skills in English;
- You have experience of working with modern recruiting programs and tools;
- You are a results-oriented person;
- You have natural ability to make things happen and get stuff done.
Your tasks will include:
- Interact with potential candidates on social and professional networks;
- Identify profiles of qualified candidates using various search methods;
- Develop new search channels for future recruitment needs;
- Maintain a database of candidates;
- Communicate with candidates, organize interviews;
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and work cooperatively with them;
- Provide reporting.
