Job Description:

The Digital Sales Coordinator will work with Account Executives once a client agrees and signs a contract, to ensure orders are booked properly in our systems, launched on time with outstanding creative, and delivering KPIs as promised. As the campaign runs, you will look for opportunities to optimize the campaign if needed and once the campaign is completed, you will help create a recap of performance based on pre-determined KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an expert and resource in all internal systems and programs for Digital and Television ad execution
  • Onboard, enter, execute, optimize, and recap digital campaigns
  • Ensure campaigns are delivering on metrics and KPIs
  • Utilize data to recommend optimizations for campaigns
  • Create digital ads for client campaigns on-time and with client and AE approval
  • Have a complete knowledge and understanding of all Nexstar Digital products and services
  • Book paid lifestyle segments for clients
  • Coordinate with lifestyle show producers to ensure they receive all client assets and information prior to segment filming
  • Send daily emails to all clients that appeared on lifestyle show with links and assets from their appearance
  • Enter client TV ad orders into station systems
  • Help AEs ensure their clients pay in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of digital marketing, digital advertising sales, digital advertising project management or like experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of the local digital marketing service product offerings
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter who can work effectively both independently and while collaborating in a team environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to interact positively with co-workers
  • Ability to execute in an organization through collaboration and a consultative process
  • Excellent follow-up, strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed expectations
  • Meaningful contributor in sales meetings, especially on digital marketing topics
  • Be an effective partner with the market's sales team in generating digital revenue
