Eden Vista Green Bay is a proud member of the Vista Senior Living Management network, where compassionate care meets exceptional living. With 16 communities spanning across multiple states, Vista Senior Living specializes in Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Our dedicated team ensures a nurturing environment where seniors thrive and find joy in every moment. Eden Vista of Green Bay is community located at 289 E. St. Joseph St., Green Bay, Wisconsin 54301. This community has a unique setup and known as The Village of Eden Vista and The Court of Eden Vista. It is essentially two facilities on the same block. The Village is an RCAC with a capacity of 50 units. The Court is a 69-bed memory care facility that specializes in residents who have dementia.

Eden Vista Green Bay is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Med Passers to join our team in Green Bay, WI. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being in a warm and supportive environment. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities.

Job Description

  • Provide kind, caring, and consistent companionship and support.
  • Provide assistance, encouragement, and restorative interventions, as needed, for Memory Care residents to be as independent as possible in their activities of daily living including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
  • Participate in and lead one on one and group activities.
  • Serve residents during mealtime, assist with memory care laundry, and basic housekeeping within the memory care neighborhood.
  • Adhere to and is a champion for the Embrace Memory Care philosophy.
  • Document daily according to memory care policies and procedures and state regulations, including but not limited to, the communication of any resident concerns, changes in condition, or related topics.
  • Ensure that SLC policy and procedure are followed to maintain a safe work environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and training of staff on safe working practices.
  • Ensure that resident/family/employee concerns receive a timely response and follow up, thus striving to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
