Job description

LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a law firm for a Legal Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and legal support to a senior attorney with a busy trusts and estates/private wealth practice.
The successful candidate will possess a strong legal support background, exceptional organizational skills, and experience within trusts and estates, private wealth, or related legal practice areas.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and related logistics.
  • Handle email management and correspondence on behalf of the attorney.
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist with trusts and estates documentation and administrative processes.
  • Support private wealth matters, including organization and management of legal documents.
  • Prepare, review, and manage legal and client-facing materials.
  • Greet clients and visitors, escorting guests throughout the office as needed.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and responsiveness.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of combined legal support experience.
  • Prior experience as a Legal Executive Assistant, Legal Secretary, Paralegal, or similar legal support professional.
  • Strong legal administrative support background required.
  • Trusts & Estates and/or Private Wealth experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing calendars, travel, correspondence, and client communications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a highly interactive, relationship-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal administrative systems.

Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00/hour.
