Could you be our next Virtual Care Operations Center (VCOC) Bed Coordinator?

**Position is onsite at the Radnor Corporate Office

  • Make an Impact! Come join us as a Bed Coordinator for our newly established Virtual Care Operations Center in Radnor, PA! In this role, you will be responsible for patient throughput by managing the bed flow process according to the needs of our patients and campuses. You will review all bed requests from the ED, OR/PACU, Procedural areas, and Transfer Center and collaborate with medical and nursing staff in these departments to optimize patient flow throughout our system. The work you will be doing will make a tremendous impact in helping improve patient flow and decrease wait time for bed placements at our facilities! 
  • Develop and Grow your Career! Invest in furthering your education through seeking certifications or advanced degrees by taking advantage of our Tuition Reimbursement! This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based upon your Full or Part Time status.

Position: VCOC Bed Coordinator
Shift:  7:00am - 7:30pm 3 - twelve hour shifts weekly with weekend rotation
Experience: 
1. 3-5 years working in a healthcare related field is required.
2. Clinical experience required.
3. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, computer skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education: 
Degree in a health-related field is preferred.
