About the Role:
As a Mechatronics Engineering Co-Op, you will assist with:
  • PCBa Diagnostics & Root Cause Analysis: Conduct hands-on hardware debugging of ADAS ECU prototypes and domain controllers, using oscilloscopes and logic analyzers to identify signal integrity issues or thermal hotspots within complex, multi-layer high-density interconnect (HDI) boards.
  • Sensor Interface & Data Validation: Support analyzing front-end analog conditioning circuits and validating high-speed data transmission (e.g., MIPI CSI-2, GMSL2) from the sensor to the processing SoC.
  • Circuit Simulation & Worst-Case Analysis: Utilize SIMetrix/SIMPLIS to perform transient and AC analysis on power stages, ensuring circuit robustness against component tolerances and automotive voltage fluctuations (e.g., load dump scenarios).
