Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain manufacturing equipment and automated systems
  • Supervise and optimize the operation of electromechanical systems
  • Program, troubleshoot, and modify PLC, robot, and control systems
  • Provide technical support for the installation and launch of new machines and technologies
  • Prepare, update, and maintain technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and documentation
  • Participate in process improvement projects (automation, Industry 4.0, energy efficiency)
  • Cooperate with maintenance, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth operation

Requirements
  • University degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
  • PLC programming knowledge (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff, or similar) is an advantage
  • Basic mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge
  • Experience in a manufacturing or automation environment is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
