We are seeking an experienced Electronics Software Product Line Manager to lead the development and growth of our electronic design automation product line. This role requires a strong background in PCB design, electronics manufacturing, and engineering software, combined with solid business and customer-facing skills. The ideal candidate brings deep technical credibility on the electronic side and can translate market needs into product strategy, roadmap priorities, and commercial growth opportunities. Experience in semiconductors or photonics would be considered a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities
Product management:
  • Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and positioning for the Electronics product line.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for electronic design workflows, with a strong focus on PCB design and manufacturing processes.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align product direction and execution.
Business development
  • Drive business development activities by identifying growth opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with external parties, including technology partners, customers, and industry stakeholders, to expand product reach and value.
  • Represent the product line in customer meetings, industry events, and partner discussions.
Go to Market
  • Contribute to go-to-market plans, product messaging, and commercial enablement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in electronics, semiconductor, and photonics domains.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience in PCB design, electronic product development, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience working with engineering software and understanding how software supports design and manufacturing workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer engagement, business development, or external-facing technical/commercial roles.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in semiconductors and/or photonics is an asset.
