Job Description Air and Space Force Solutions, a business unit within BAE systems, has an opening at our Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, location for a Test Engineer II. The selected candidate will join our Development Team and have an important role in supporting the development mission of strategic deterrence through continual improvement and innovation. This position supports the NC3 directorate. The position will have the following duties and responsibilities: * Create and execute test plans and procedures for developmental, operational, and cybersecurity tests * Conduct testing to validate system functionality, performance, and security * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing across multiple disciplines * Serve as the primary test engineer for the organization, responsible for test planning, execution, and reporting * Work closely with stakeholders to understand testing requirements and ensure test plans meet those needs * Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports Pursuant to Government contract, this position requires US Citizenship status. Full-Time Salary Range: $107359 - $182510 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
