Job description

We are recruiting an Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team for a well-established manufacturer of high-performance industrial equipment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused primarily on mechanical engineering, product design, and R&D, while overseeing a team of Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineers.

The ideal candidate is a strong mechanical engineering leader with experience designing and manufacturing industrial equipment from concept through production. While exposure to electric motors is a plus, it is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of five engineers across mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and quality disciplines

  • Lead R&D initiatives and continuous product improvement efforts
