Fournir un leadership fonctionnel et coordonner les ingénieurs principaux en procédés, mécanique, assurance qualité/contrôle qualité, électricité, instrumentation et R&D en alignant les priorités entre les disciplines. Analyser les exigences des projets et structurer les lots de travail d’ingénierie, notamment en les livrables attendus, en identifiant les disciplines requises et en clarifiant les interfaces techniques. Attribuer et prioriser le travail entre les ingénieurs principaux, les experts internes et les autres parties prenantes, en veillant à une utilisation efficiente des ressources. Planifier et coordonner les activités dans un environnement multi-projets en gérant les priorités globales et en assurant la cohérence des efforts entre les équipes. Participer à la coordination des firmes d’ingénierie externes en les mandats et les attentes, en suivant l’exécution des travaux et en validant la qualité et la cohérence des livrables. Consolider l’avancement de l’ingénierie sur plusieurs projets, identifier les risques et enjeux et recommander des actions correctives pour maintenir les objectifs de performance. Développer et maintenir des outils et processus de coordination, incluant des standards de livrables, des mécanismes de suivi et des processus de gestion des interfaces.
