Whether you have experience in construction or estimating, your ability to work with numbers, understand project details, and collaborate with a team will be key to developing winning proposals and securing successful work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Estimate Projects: Analyze project documents, perform take-offs, and develop precise cost breakdowns.
  • Bid with Confidence: Manage bid schedules, solicit vendor pricing, and ensure complete and competitive proposals.
  • Collaborate & Coordinate: Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to align scope, budget, and requirements.
  • Stay Organized & Efficient: Maintain detailed job folders, resource databases, and pricing structures for seamless estimating.


WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 5+ years of estimating experience in mechanical systems, plumbing, or HVAC.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical materials, installation methods, and cost analysis.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and relevant industry codes.
  • Experience with estimating software, spreadsheets, and vendor coordination.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and time management skills.
