A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COMMERCIAL SHEET METAL SUPERINTENDENT

As a Commercial Sheet Metal Superintendent, you manage and schedule the tradesman on various projects. Applying your industry knowledge, you evaluate the quality of their work at each phase of construction and confirm that proper procedures are being followed. You communicate the project status to the project manager and general contractor. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

  • At least 8 years of commercial Sheet Metal install experience in new construction application.
  • Experience managing tradesmen and subcontractors
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Valid driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Excellent leadership skills
