The technician will collaborate closely with installation teams, project managers, and clients to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the startup phase. By meticulously verifying system functionality, the technician helps guarantee customer satisfaction and system reliability. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of an accredited HVAC technical training program or apprenticeship.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC system installation, startup, or maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC system components, controls, and electrical wiring.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites within the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • EPA Section 608 Certification for handling refrigerants.
  • Experience with building automation systems (BAS) and HVAC control software.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and national HVAC codes and standards.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical schematics.
  • Additional certifications such as NATE (North American Technician Excellence) or equivalent.
