Sales Associate + Food Prep Team Member

Southern Steer Butcher – Concord, Ohio Full‐Time | 38 hrs/week average | $15/hr starting

Southern Steer Butcher in Concord is looking for a reliable, customer‐focused team member to join our shop. This role blends front‐of‐house sales with back‐of‐house prep, perfect for someone who enjoys people, food, and a fast‐paced environment.

Position Details

Shift: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM  Status: Full‐Time (Average 38 hours/week) Pay: $15/hour starting

What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service

  • Assist with sales, product recommendations, and checkout

  • Help with daily prep: packaging, stocking, labeling, rotating product

  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace

  • Support the team with opening/closing tasks as needed
