Position Summary
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Sales Manager to lead
Reolink's expansion across major US retail landscapes. You will serve as the primary
strategic architect for our retail presence, driving high-level negotiations and securing
prime shelf placement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Account Acquisition: Identify and penetrate untapped Tier-1 retail
channels; lead the end-to-end process from initial pitch to "vendor of record" status.
• Top-Level Negotiation: Direct annual Joint Business Planning (JBP) and line
reviews with senior buyers to optimize SKU assortments and promotional calendars.
• P&L & Margin Management: Full accountability for account profitability, managing
MDF (Marketing Development Funds), RTV (Return to Vendor) rates, and backend
rebates.
• Portfolio Strategy: Influence the product roadmap by providing market intelligence
on competitor movements (e.g., Ring, Arlo, Nest) and consumer trends in the smart
home security sector.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain teams to
ensure seamless execution of nationwide product launches and seasonal resets.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in Retail Business Development or Key Account
Management within the US Consumer Electronics or Smart Home industry.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million USD accounts at Home Depot, Best
Buy, or Walmart.
• Extensive network of existing relationships with senior retail buyers in the
DIY/Hardware or Electronics categories.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with a deep understanding of US retail math and
contract legalities.
• This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote each week.
Pay Range
$135,000-$180,000 USD
