Job Title: Memory Care Aide

Location: Catonsville, MD — On-site

Type: Full-Time | On-site

Positions Available: 4

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate Memory Care Aides to provide specialized personal care and support to residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia within a senior living community setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist memory care residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
  • Engage residents in therapeutic activities and meaningful daily routines
  • Monitor and document resident behavior, mood, and physical condition
  • Use person-centered, dementia-informed care approaches in all interactions
  • Communicate resident changes to nursing staff promptly and accurately
  • Maintain a calm, structured, and safe environment for memory care residents
Requirements
  • CNA certification or equivalent personal care aide experience required
  • Experience working with memory care or dementia residents strongly preferred
  • Dementia care training or certification a plus
  • CPR/BLS certification required
  • Strong patience, empathy, and communication skills
