About the Role

We are looking for a Supply Chain (SCM) Implementation Sr. Consultant (Healthcare) to join our consulting team.

This individual will possess extensive software experience within the Healthcare vertical in all aspects of Supply Chain Management. Additionally, the candidate will have an understanding of financial touchpoints to the General Ledger, Projects and Assets. A proven background in Finance is a plus.

Act as domain specialist of the complete supply chain life cycle including, Procurement, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management.

About You

​​Basic Qualifications (P4)

  • 6+ years working as a consultant for medium to large healthcare enterprise customers.

  • Experience designing sessions and configuring systems to meet customer requirements on concurrent projects.

  • 6 + years experience with Supply Chain applications such as Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Lawson, McKesson, Meditech, or similar.

  • Experience in Healthcare industry required.

Other Qualifications

  • Understanding of different inventory valuation methods including FIFO, Standard and Average Cost with a comprehension of basic financial transactions.

  • Understanding of Replenishment including, Reorder Points, Min/Max, Lean Replenishment (Kanban) and Par Replenishment.

  • Understanding the full life cycle of contracts management including strategic sourcing or request for proposals to contracts.

  • Understanding end-to-end Procure to Pay process including 1099 and other taxable reporting requirements.

  • Experience implementing various technologies including EDI (850, 832, 856, and 810) and Punchout.

  • A comprehensive understanding of Warehouse Management including Cycle Counts, Put Away and Picking.

  • Experienced in Lot and Serial Tracking.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant working experience

  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
