Make a Meaningful Impact as a Clinical Supervisor of Behavioral Health

Are you a compassionate leader with a passion for mental health and a talent for guiding others? Cardinal McCloskey Community Services is seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor of Behavioral Health to join our team and help shape the future of care for children, adults, and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of individual and family therapy, as well as crisis intervention services.
  • Ensure clinical services meet the highest standards of care and comply with Office of Mental Health (OMH) regulations.
  • Provide direct supervision to clinicians and interns, fostering professional growth and excellence in clinical practice.
  • Participate in bi-weekly supervision with the Clinic Director and Administrative Director to support alignment with program goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective care.

Requirements:

  • Master's level clinician with a degree in social work, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required
  • Minimum three years' experience in a clinic serving children/adolescents and families and one year as a supervisor.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the interrelated functions of Child Welfare, the Office of Mental Health (OMH), and the Education system, and how these systems collaboratively impact child and family services
  • Office of Mental Health experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
