Job description

Join our team as a Call Center Partner. We're looking for high-energy communicators to help our executives and producers book top-tier guests and clients. Enjoy the freedom of a flexible schedule paired with a high-upside compensation structure, including competitive base rates, commissions and bonuses.


* Execute outbound outreach and manage inquiries with professional excellence.

* Educate potential clients and guests on products, services, and company standards.

* Facilitate appointment setting for executives and radio producers.

* Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and account updates within our systems.

* Leverage provided resources and proven tools to meet or exceed appointment-setting targets.

* Coordinate with project leads to align on individual and team deliverables.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to ensure high-quality service and accuracy.

* Route complex inquiries to the appropriate departments for specialized handling.


* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment is a plus.

* Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and a self-motivated work ethic.

* Ability to manage high call volumes in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

* Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.

* Onsite Availability: Ability to work from our Charlotte office location during your preferred hours.
