You'll work closely with foster parents, biological families, and service providers to ensure each child receives the support they need to thrive.Responsibilites:Manage a caseload of children in foster care, ensuring their safety and well-beingDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on permanency and stabilitySupport foster parents with parenting strategies and behavioral guidanceMaintain consistent communication with families, schools, and service providersRepresent cases in Family Court and ensure every child's voice is heardDocument progress and maintain compliance with agency and ACS standards Requirements:BA / BSW and 2 years Human Services experience required.
