Job description

MCA, your trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security services, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our Brunswick, GAlocation to support our fast-growing Voice division.

Ideal candidates will ensure all customers are taken care of in a timely and positive manner and that the front office runs smoothly. This position requires strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills. Must be a multi-tasker who can work with a multi-line phone system and should possess strong typing and computer skills.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 

  • Serves as a customer service role model for others.  
  • Able to resolve customer service issues with little to no supervision.  
  • Establish relationships with major customers and vendors out of their locations.  
  • Trains and mentors other customer operations staff  
  • Assist all customers in a professional manner. First point of contact to greet customers and visitors.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • 3-7 years experience in customer operations or related fields, such as  
    • Customer service 
    • Scheduling/Dispatch  
    • AP/AR (Collections, setting up billing, etc.)  
    • Purchasing
