Job Description The Business Consultant Manager is responsible for understanding clients' business needs, designing and presenting effective B2B solutions, and driving successful implementations.
The role involves conducting in-depth discovery sessions with clients to gather information, analyze their existing technology infrastructure, and identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. The Business Consultant designs and presents comprehensive solution proposals and product demonstrations that showcase the value and benefits of B2B solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Stakeholder Management and Customer Engagement

  • Establish and develop functional customer relationships and go-to-market strategies to help customers transform their enterprises through ICT, hybrid and public cloud solutions. Manage customer relationships, CSP touchpoints, account plans, pricing discussions, and agreement operations.

Pre-Sales Coordination

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate pre-sales activities, including solution scoping, and pricing/contract negotiations. Conduct demo activities and technical evaluations to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.

Solution Development and Presentation

  • Develop high-level solution designs in collaboration with internal teams (e.g., product management, vendors, etc)) to ensure the feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions.

Proposal and Project Management

  • Ensure timely release of customer proposals and act as a facilitator of success in customer engagement. Manage agreement operations and ensure all aspects of the customer relationship are addressed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in Management, Telco, Fintech, or related field

  • Experience in business opportunities development, business presentations, risk and change management, data analysis, interpretation, market research, and strategy development and integration.

  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Management or relevant industry specific degree

  • Preferably a Master's Degree such as an MBA or with industry specific certifications
