Champion Care, voted Best Place to Work for two consecutive years, is seeking ambitious, business-minded professionals for our Healthcare Operations Leadership Program, an accelerated Administrator in Training (AIT) program designed to prepare the next generation of Licensed Nursing Home Administrators (LNHA).
This is more than a management training program. It's an opportunity to build an executive career leading a healthcare organization. If you're ready to move beyond managing a department and into leading an entire business, this program is for you.

Program Overview
Our intensive 6 to 8 month Administrator in Training (AIT) program provides hands-on experience in every aspect of skilled nursing facility operations. You'll work directly with experienced Nursing Home Administrators and senior leadership while developing the skills needed to successfully lead a post-acute healthcare organization.
During the program, you'll gain experience in:
