Job description

Mayvin is seeking a Senior Intelligence Plans Officer to support the United States Central Command (CENTCOM) at McDill AFB in Tampa, FL. The candidate will support the J2 Intelligence Directorate by planning intelligence activities and providing specialized technical, analytical, and operational support to the current operational tempo and strategic decisions of commanders in the CENTCOM AOR.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have a Top Secret with SCI eligibility and CIP
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the planning, organization, development, coordination, and execution of intelligence planning activities
  • Plan and coordinate ICP production and implementation for multiple stakeholders
  • Identify strategic and operational requirements for CCMD military operations. To include but not limited to:
    • Collection capabilities
    • Organizational structure
    • Manpower
    • Communication
    • Operational logistics requirements
    • Identify shortfalls/gaps in intelligence assessments
    • Develop courses of action and mitigation strategies
  • Able to assess existing/future capabilities to meet operations requirements for military operations.

  • Conduct studies of intelligence planning programs that are both broad in scope and have frequently undefined limits.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in intelligence planning above Brigade / Squadron level or credentialed SME in relevant field
  • JPME level 1 complete (CGSC, SAMS / SAAS / SAWS / MAWS / JAWS)
  • JIP Level I / Tier I certification preferred or proof of working understanding of multiple intelligence disciplines and an awareness of CSA capabilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the CENTCOM AOR
  • Systems experience with a minimum of one other intelligence system application i.e. intel analysis, collection management, and targeting training
