Job description

Description/Job Summary:
The CMMS Administrator supports a secure federal facilities Operations & Maintenance (O&M) program by managing computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) activities, preventive maintenance scheduling, service call tracking, asset management, reporting, and maintenance documentation for a mission-critical facilities environment in Northern Virginia.
This position is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely records within the Maximo/FEM CMMS platform, coordinating maintenance documentation, supporting operational reporting requirements, and ensuring maintenance activities are properly scheduled, tracked, and documented in accordance with contract requirements and Government standards.
The CMMS Administrator works closely with site leadership, maintenance personnel, subcontractors, and Government representatives to support daily operations, emergency response documentation, preventive maintenance scheduling, inventory tracking, and equipment record management within a secure TS/SCI environment.
Skills & Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Experience utilizing CMMS systems such as Maximo/FEM for work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, asset tracking, and operational reporting.
  • Experience maintaining maintenance records, service call documentation, and equipment inventories.
  • Ability to coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and maintenance reporting activities.
  • Experience supporting facilities operations and maintenance environments.
  • Ability to maintain accurate maintenance and asset records in a secure federal environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Fully conversant in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Required Certifications
  • Valid Driver's License.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Experience supporting DoD, IC, or other cleared federal facilities environments.
  • Experience supporting TS/SCI or mission-critical facilities operations.
  • Familiarity with OPSEC, TARP, AT Level I, and HSPD-12 compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting generator testing, data center cooling systems, CRAC units, and emergency power infrastructure.
  • Experience coordinating environmental compliance, hazardous material handling, and RCRA-related activities.
  • Experience supporting facilities utilizing Maximo/FEM or similar government CMMS platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience supporting facilities maintenance contracts in a performance-based environment.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance scheduling, asset tagging, and maintenance reporting requirements.
