Location: San Clemente, CA (Onsite) - willing to travel between the Aliso Viejo HQ and San Clemente, CA

Type: Direct Hire/Full Time


Salary range: $80K PA to $100K PA with Benefits


Position Summary

The Facilities Systems Specialist supports the administration and optimization of facilities operations technology systems used to maintain safe, reliable, and compliant operations across company facilities. The role focuses on IBM Maximo/CMMS administration, facilities asset management, preventive maintenance, physical security systems, data integrity, and GMP compliance within a manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer IBM Maximo/CMMS, including asset records, hierarchies, job plans, work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain accurate equipment, maintenance, and asset lifecycle records.
  • Provide Maximo/CMMS support to Facilities and Maintenance teams.
  • Support CMMS reporting, system configuration, upgrades, and testing.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and track contractor performance.
  • Support badge access control and video surveillance systems.
  • Maintain accurate facilities documentation and support audit readiness.
  • Follow SOPs and GMP compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with Facilities, Engineering, IT, and Security teams.


Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience in facilities, maintenance systems, CMMS, or facilities engineering.
  • Experience with IBM Maximo or similar CMMS.
  • Knowledge of building systems, facilities operations, and preventive maintenance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • GMP/manufacturing experience preferred.
