Job description

LB&B Associates Inc. is seeking a qualified Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Administrator to support operations and maintenance services at the IRS facility in Holtsville, NY. This position reports directly to the Project Manager. This position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Maximo CMMS or related software is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum five years of related experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to learn and operate the GSAs NCMMs system.
Typical Duties
  • Track preventative maintenance activities.
  • Create work orders and generate reports in Maximo.
  • Operate a multi-line phone system and assist with administrative matters.
  • Maintain accurate records and verify statistical reports.
  • Compile information and handle complaints in a professional manner.
  • Track, record, and submit invoices.
  • Interface with corporate support staff.
  • Customer service
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively to management, employees, tenants and vendors.
