Position: Project Planning Analyst Location: Fort Worth, Texas Duration: Contract Work Schedule: Hybrid โ€“ 3 days onsite / 2 days remote Work Hours: 7:30 AM โ€“ 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday Travel: Up to 25% Job Overview: The Project Planning Analyst will support the Supply Chain Strategy and Technology team with project coordination, system testing, data cleanup, electronic document organization, and initiative tracking. This position will play an important role in supporting Supply Chain systems and maintaining organized documentation within SharePoint. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and projects. Experience with Maximo and SharePoint is highly preferred. Responsibilities: Provide coordination and support for Supply Chain Strategy and Technology initiatives. Track Supply Chain projects, initiatives, schedules, and related activities. Perform Supply Chain system testing and assist with data cleanup activities. Organize and maintain electronic documentation within SharePoint. Coordinate with internal and external workgroups to obtain information needed to support scheduling, project analysis, and issue resolution. Proactively monitor a portfolio of initiatives and projects. Develop, document, maintain, and own processes that facilitate project and program coordination between various workgroups. Support program scheduling and reporting activities. Provide timely project schedule updates and status reporting. Support the Strategy and Technology team with special projects as assigned. Perform other essential functions and job requirements as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Maximo and SharePoint preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and all levels of an organization. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage a high volume of work. Excellent attention to detail.
