Computer Enterprises, Inc. (CEI) is seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to join our Client''s dynamic team.
Job at a glance:

  • This is a long-term contract, with an initial term of 18 months, planned for extension and/or permanent placement
  • Pay rate is $70-$80/hr W2 + eligible to sign up for benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k) on day 1
  • Hybrid position, onsite 4 days/wk (Monday-Thursday) in Lake Buena Vista/Celebration and remote 1 day/wk on Fridays

Lead/Senior Product Manager (Maximo Modernization)


Responsibilities
  • Own the Maximo product roadmap and backlog.
  • Lead backlog grooming, prioritization, user story creation, and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as the team''s Maximo subject matter expert, recommending platform capabilities, modules, and best practices.
  • Partner closely with development teams and remain hands-on when needed (testing, story writing, product support).
  • Mentor other Product Managers on Maximo capabilities and implementation decisions.
  • Present recommendations and gain alignment across a large stakeholder community.
  • Manage discovery, modeling, documentation, delivery, adoption, and sustainment activities.
  • Generate user stories and user acceptance criteria.
  • Solve complex problems and apply new perspectives to existing solutions.
  • Work backward from end-user needs to define product vision and strategy.
  • Resolve blockers and manage product risks across development and release cycles.
  • Manage feature development and defect backlogs aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Participate in daily Agile ceremonies and support priority decisions.
  • Communicate strategic changes and priority shifts to cross-functional teams.
  • Translate business strategy into prioritized epics and user stories.
  • Present product vision and roadmap to executive audiences and stakeholders.
  • Support adoption and sustainment of delivered solutions.

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience.
  • 5+ years translating customer needs into product features and user experiences.
  • Strong IBM Maximo administration/configuration experience.
  • Product Management experience with ownership of roadmap, backlog, and Agile delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Willingness to remain hands-on and support execution.
  • Strong Agile experience including sprint planning, story development, estimations, and scrum participation.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience utilizing KPIs, operational metrics, and product analytics.
  • Experience presenting to executive-level audiences.
  • Strong collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to mentor and guide teams while promoting Agile best practices.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO/A-CSPO).
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled content tooling and automation.
  • Experience supporting Digital Employee Experience (DEX) products.
  • Experience with QA and software analytics tools.

Education

Required

  • Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Equivalent experience considered.
