Job description

Maximum Healthcare Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN Dialysis for a local contract nursing job in Chicago, Illinois.

Job Description & Requirements

Position / Specialty: RN Dialysis
Shift: 4x10s, 1:30pm-12:00am, No block scheduling
Call Requirements: Expected to take a 12 hour on-call shift every other Sunday and a 3 hour on-call shift following their regular shift approximately 2 times weekly.
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend - scheduled to work on Saturday + on call on Sunday
RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Cook is a MANDITORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Years of experience REQ: 3 years of full time clinical nursing experience. 2 years of current experience in peritoneal dialysis in an outpatient setting. Prior experience in education and training patients in peritoneal dialysis within last 3 years.
Certs REQ: BLS
Locals accepted: Yes -locals preferred. Mileage radius for local resources is 75 miles from the facility. Local BR is $5 less.
