  • Communicate potential solutions to the customer decision maker to confirm interest and commitment, helping ensure our resources are deployed wisely.
  • Develop project scopes showing existing conditions and proposed solutions, and complete energy efficiency calculators to support submission by the inside sales analyst into the utility system platform(s).
  • Partner closely with a sales representative to confirm assessed solutions and customer approved measures, ensuring project scope, capital availability, and overall feasibility are aligned between Artis and the customer.
  • Maintain timely updates in Salesforce and communicate in a concise, professional, and responsive manner with colleagues to accelerate project development and support customer satisfaction through practical, well-developed solutions.

  • Self-directed, organized, and able to manage responsibilities with limited day-to-day oversight
  • Capacity to maintain quality and accuracy while completing approximately 400 assessments and project scopes annually
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow through on the next steps.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook as well as experience with digital tools and apps
  • Team-oriented with a positive outlook, resilience, and a clear willingness to learn and improve in a dynamic, hands-on environment
  • Requires an in-depth understanding of utility incentive programs in order to validate measures, identify additional onsite opportunities, maximize available incentives for each customer, and support development of viable projects that close.
  • Accurate translation of field data into existing and proposed systems is critical to customer satisfaction and project profitability.

Preferred Qualifications
