What You'll Do
  • Perform start-up, service, and troubleshooting on diverse commercial HVAC systems, including RTUs, chillers, air handlers, and boilers.
  • Develop expertise in BAS controls for critical components like VFDs, actuators, and dampers.
  • Configure, download, and verify controller hardware, firmware, and network addresses during system setup to ensure optimal performance.
  • Execute sequence verification and system optimization to maximize energy efficiency and operational reliability.
  • Assist with BACnet integrations, facilitating seamless communication between HVAC equipment and building automation systems.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and customers, providing clear updates and solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, supporting the long-term performance and reliability of BAS installations.
