Responsibilities
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Conducting direct search and actively seeking candidates.
  • Publishing and promoting job offers and analyzing application documents.
  • Conducting phone screenings with candidates and actively recommending them in recruitment projects.
  • Managing modern candidate acquisition channels and the candidate database.
  • Searching for and implementing new methods of candidate acquisition and selection.
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of candidate sourcing channels.
  • Monitoring trends related to employee recruitment.
  • Participating in various HR projects (onboarding, employer branding, internal communication, training, events).
Qualifications
  • Min. 2 years of experience working in a similar position in an internal HR department or a recruitment agency.
  • Experience in managing international recruitment processes with various stakeholders is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment process standards and candidate sourcing tools and methods.
  • Experience in working with ATS systems (e.g., icims) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Project management skills, multitasking capabilities, and the proficiency to organize your own work based on business objectives.
  • Strong client service and communication skills. 
  • Fluent English.
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office.
  • Passion for working with people, a desire for development, and proactivity in seeking solutions.
  • Experience in the advertising or digital production industry is a plus.
