Job Title

Mobility Support Specialist - TechOps IT

Location & Work Model

Hybrid – Irving, TX

About the Role

You will support a primary resource managing approximately 4,000 mobile devices across three regional carriers for TechOps and Wheelchair programs.

Key Responsibilities

·        Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 mobile device support and troubleshooting.

·        Manage access, application setup, and device deployment for new hires.

·        Support system change processes for iOS and application updates.

·        Format and send alerts, bulletins, and read-and-sign updates directly to iPads.

·        Administer the document control tool with Technical Publications.

·        Track shipment returns and replacements alongside Base Admin and Base Managers.

·        Maintain the application database and clear storage issues.

·        Coordinate with maintenance training teams to deliver mobility training programs.

·        Create and update technical documentation.

·        Serve as a liaison between IT teams, regional groups, and external vendors.

Minimum Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering, or equivalent experience.

·        Minimum 2 years of total experience.

·        2 years of experience in asset management.

·        1 year of experience in Help Desk or Customer Service.

Top Mandatory Skills

·        Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, specifically JAMF or SOTI.

·        Apple deployment tools, specifically Apple Configurator and Apple Business Manager (ABM).

·        Hardware support experience with Apple iPads and mobile printers.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Airline industry experience.

·        Experience supporting Windows Rugged Toughbooks.

·        Knowledge of Windows, Linux, iPadOS, wireless, cellular, and networking basics.

·        Knowledge of Comply365 or JeppFD-Pro applications.

·        Apple certification.

·        Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills.
