Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Machinery
Salary: $61,000 - $70,000 
Work location: Ripon, Wisconsin, United States

Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join an on-site manufacturing operation located in Ripon, Wisconsin. This mid-senior role requires a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to collaborate with a team to ensure reliable production.

Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments in accordance with diagrams, operation manuals, and manufacturer specifications.
• Troubleshoot and service motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, conveyors, and production equipment.
• Perform welding as needed to support maintenance and repair activities.
• Prepare new machines for operation following established protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular technical testing on machinery to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collect and analyze data on machine operation to identify trends and recommend actions to reduce machine downtime.
• Create and manage work orders through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Demonstrate expert-level understanding of production machines and equipment.

Qualifications: 
• Preferred two-year Associate degree and 5+ years of related work experience.
• Proficiency with computers to search for parts and enter data into a CMMS.
