•    Stay up-to-date with current promotions, pricing, and financing options to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

•    Keep abreast of industry trends, including new mattress releases and advancements in technology, to offer the latest and most innovative products.

•    Focus on building strong and lasting relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and personalized attention.

•    Strive to exceed customer expectations by going above and beyond in meeting their needs and preferences.

•    Ensure accurate and efficient processing of sales transactions, including handling cash, credit card payments, and financing applications.

Compensation: We offer competitive pay to our employees .Our sales employees, including top performers, earn an average commission and bonuses ranging from $70,000 to $110,000.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•    To be considered for the job, you must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

•    A college degree is a plus; able to travel within 50 miles of their home address to the assigned store.

•    Basic computer skills are required, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.

•    Retail sales experience is a plus, as is the ability to manage conflict resolution.

•    You must be a team player, able to adapt to a constantly changing environment, and possess problem-solving skills.

•    Professionalism and a willingness to participate actively in training programs to improve product knowledge are essential.

•    You should be customer-focused and available to work on weekends and holidays if needed

  • This position requires the ability to lift a minimum of up to 50 lb.
