Your mission, roles and responsibilities The Plant Program/ Launch Team Member is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing programs at your plant. Its work starts from the end of the project acquisition (end of phase 1) until 6 months after the SOP.

Implements the APQP for the management of new programs complying with the procedures Coordinates the assigned tasks of the program and ensures their fulfillment, through the use of a schedule of activities. Manage the program's budget (launch cost). In agreement with the program manager, it is a technical interface with customers and suppliers.

It is the interface between the Program Manufacturing Leader (PML) and the plant. He is the team leader of the plant's program. Manage the resources assigned by each area to make a successful launch.

Review the skills of the operating personnel (know how) in the plant according to the requirements, industrial analysis and technical assignments during the manufacturing stage. Coordinates the implementation of all changes related to the production system and/or product of the new programs, using the engineering change procedure Ensures compliance with internal and corporate procedures related to Process Design and Development: - Faurecia PMS System- Ensures that manufacturing processes meet the capacity requirements required by the customer. Tracks the performance of client ratings for quality, deliverables, and projects; as well as maintenance of information on the applicable portals Comply with the specific requirements of IATF 16949, FES and ISO 14001.

Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS) described in manuals, process maps, procedures, and work instructions; as well as customer-specific, regulatory/legal requirements. In case of detecting any non-conforming condition in the quality of the product, it has the authority to stop the process or the flow of the material, and to notify the quality area to define the containment process and control of non-conforming product with the responsible areas. Ensure that manufacturing processes meet the capacity requirements required by the customer.

Ensure compliance with internal and corporate procedures related to Process Design and Development: - Faurecia PMS System- Follow-up on the performance of client qualifications for quality, deliveries and projects; as well as maintenance of information in the applicable applications Production Release: Analyzes, develops, validates and releases the production system of a new program in the plant, must comply with: machinery and tools, layout, flow diagrams, SAP structures, process routing, material information, lean methodologies according to the group's standards and program objectives. It ensures that new lines must meet the plant's production and quality standards before being released into production. Coordinate the installation and launch of all equipment and tooling of the program in the plant.

Responsible for the success of the PT [Trial Production], MPT [Mass Production Trial] and EMPT [Extended Mass Production Trial] races. Supports production ramp-up. PCOS +6 months Identifies and defines the resources needed for the implementation of new production lines, including requesting MODs according to the schedule of events.

Your profile and competencies to succeed Minimum candidate requirements: Bachelors degree in Industrial, mechanical, or final engineering. 2-5 years of experience coordinating automotive programs. English Fluency Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position now or in the future.
