## Matrix -Regional Account Manager - Enterprise systems / AI-driven solutionsUSA · Full-time · Intermediate#### About The PositionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive the growth of our solution across the USA market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering revenue growth within target industries. This is IC position.Key Responsibilities• Drive new business development and sales across assigned USA territories• Promote and sell our System platform/solution to enterprise and mid-market clients• Identify, qualify, and convert leads into customers• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, IT, Operations)• Collaborate with marketing and technical teamsto tailor solutions to client needs• Conduct product presentations, demos, and proposals• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM systems• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs across USA• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetingsRequirements• 7+ years of experience in B2B sales / enterprise sales• Must have experience in selling software integration solutions• Proven track record of closing deals and meeting revenue targets• Experience selling technology solutions / SaaS / platforms (integration, automation, data or similar)• Strong understanding of the USA market landscape• Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independentlyPreferred Qualifications• Experience selling integration platforms / enterprise systems / AI-driven solutions• Existing network within target industries (financial services, retail, tech, etc.)• Multilingual skills (advantage across USA regions)• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environmentWhy Join Us?You’ll work with a talented global team, contribute to meaningful technical initiatives, and help shape a high performing DevOps culture.Matrix is a global, dynamic, and fast growing technology services and consulting company with over 17,000 employees worldwide.
