OB/GYN Physician Opportunities Across Manassas, Haymarket, Warrenton & Gainesville, Virginia!

UVA Health OB/GYN is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologists to join growing collaborative, physician-led group serving patients across Manassas, Haymarket, Warrenton, and Gainesville. These opportunities offer full-scope OB/GYN care with a practice model intentionally designed to support excellent patient care, team-based coverage, and a sustainable work-life balance.

These positions provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a group practice setting. Physicians enjoy a balanced mix of office-based care, scheduled surgical time, and shared call responsibilities.

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care 
  • Participate in group-based OB call coverage with 24-hour shifts
  • Manage Labor & Delivery, postpartum care, ER consults, and emergent gynecologic surgeries while on call
  • Perform gynecologic surgeries including hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, and hysterectomy
  • OR block time 

Call Schedule

Call is shared equally among physicians in a group model. The on-call physician is responsible for all inpatient OB/GYN care during the 24-hour call period.

  • Level III NICU with strong neonatal and maternal support

Candidate Qualifications

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Eligible for Virginia medical licensure and DEA certification
  • Open to experienced physicians and recent residency graduates
  • Team-oriented, collaborative approach to care
  • Passion for women's health and interest in building long-term community relationships

The base compensation range for this role is $356,790 - $484,770 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status.

Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate's qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non-productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
