COURTESY OFFICER
DASMEN Residential is seeking to hire a full-time Courtesy Officer to show a security presence at our community and ensure a safe and secure environment for our employees, residents, and visitors.
Responsibilities amp; Duties:
  • Patrol the property, showing a physical security presence
  • Respond quickly to emergency calls
  • Check the property for unlocked doors, unsafe conditions, security violations, and unauthorized persons
  • Report any incidents or suspicious activity to on-site staff, management, and/or public safety authorities
  • Protect the property from damage, vandalism, and theft
Qualifications:
  • Licensed law enforcement officer
  • Valid driverโ€™s license
  • Must be able to maintain a calm demeanor during emergency situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Clean and professional appearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
