Digitalization Expert-Materials Management
This position is part of ZF's ADAS & HPC business, which is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation within the advanced automotive technology space. The business unit is planned for divestiture, creating a unique opportunity to help shape the future of next-generation driver assistance and high-performance computing technologies.
What you can look forward to as a Materials Mgmt Digitalization Expert (f/m/d):
  • Drive E2E materials management processes and IT systems to deliver optimal cost of ownership.
  • Ensure smooth daily operational support for processes, systems, data, and transactions.
  • Maintain accuracy and reliability of routine system activities and master data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and users to identify process and system improvement opportunities based on automation, analytics and AI
  • Lead improvement initiatives related to processes or systems, including testing and basic implementation tasks.
  • Provide day to day technical and operational support to users, inc training and process documentation.

Your profile as a Materials Mgmt Digitalization Expert (f/m/d):p
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain Management, Economics or related field.
  • 3-5 years of advanced experience in a professional purchasing capacity (i.e. technical/commodity purchasing, purchasing project management, purchasing management, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of business processes and systems, preferably with exposure to ERP, workflow tools and PowerBI, SQL or Microsoft Power Apps
  • Good project management, analytical and problem solving skills to resolve user questions and operational issues.
  • Clear communication skills
  • Background working with cross-functional teams or supporting multiple users/stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English.
