Job description

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Material Handler opportunities in Lenexa, KS. Responsibilities for a Material Handling include but are not limited to:

  • Receive, check in, and sort incoming parcels and raw materials from vendors, checking for any defects or damages.

  • Operate a forklift and powered industrial trucks safely at various heights to stock, space, and transfer products.

  • Order raw materials via basic computer software and perform accurate inventory duties, including labeling and tracking inventory.

Candidates for Material Handler must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with 0-2 years of related logistics or material handling experience.

  • Ability to follow strict instructions, meet production schedules, and operate powered industrial equipment.

  • Basic computer skills to navigate ERP systems, Microsoft Outlook, and related warehouse software.
