Overview

Complete Quality is seeking a dedicated and reliable contractor to open boxes, load on the conveyor belt, break down boxes, place stickers on boxes, Unload/Load/General Laborers to provide contract-based warehouse support services for our Lowe's warehouse located in Lebanon, OR. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient receipt, handling, and distribution of goods within our facility. The successful candidate will play a vital part in maintaining smooth warehouse operations by performing heavy lifting, materials handling, pallet sorting, loading, unloading, and general warehouse support functions.

Compensation: Approx. $19.85 hourly| Paid weekly via 1099

2 Shifts Available

(4 days/ 10 hours) Monday through Thursday, 5:30am to 4pm and extra day maybe offered as overtime.

(3 days/12 hours) Friday to Sunday, 5:30AM to 6PM, Monday may be offered as Overtime if needed.

Duties

  • Manually unload and loading incoming/outgoing shipments while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Pallet sorting and manual placement of boxes onto conveyors.
  • Assist in the accurate order picking process utilizing RF scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure correct fulfillment.
  • Load outgoing shipments efficiently and safely for delivery or transfer within the facility.
  • Handle materials with care, ensuring proper storage and organization to optimize warehouse space.
  • Support shipping and receiving operations by inspecting goods for damage, verifying quantities against documentation, and maintaining detailed records.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks including stock rotation, cycle counts, and updating warehouse management systems.
  • Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to coordinate daily tasks and improve operational workflows.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency at all times.

Skills

  • Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related roles with familiarity in materials handling.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards applicable to warehouse environments.
  • Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems for order picking and inventory control.
  • Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and repetitive manual tasks.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.
  • Prior experience in warehouse supervisor roles or managing logistics operations is advantageous. This position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork while providing opportunities for skill development in various aspects of warehousing operations.
